We service a full line of Apple products and offer repairs to many of Hewlett Packard computer and printer models. Our Service Technicians are trained direct from the manufacturer. We offer onsite and carry-in depot service as well as warranty and out of warranty repairs. Our service department uses only quality name brand components on Windows based computers to give you a long lasting repair. We welcome your repair needs; whether you are an individual or a business. Mostly Digital. offers a stocked service department to repair your Apple Macintosh computer, monitor or printer. We offer on-site warranty service on new or up to 1 year old equipment regardless of where you bought it. What's more, its no charge to you, Apple pays the bill, saving you the hassle of bringing it to our depot location and the cost of the repair. We also offer out of warranty repair for Apple Macintosh products both on-site or carried in to our service depot.
Secure Credit Cards
Mostly Digital uses the latest in firewall and secure server technology. Mostly Digital will ship products only to the card holder's address to protect the card holder from fraudulent use of their credit card. Credit card numbers are not retained on our server to safeguard your credit card number from being stolen from hackers and used fraudulently. Mostly Digital has anti-fraud safeguards in place and will pursue prosecution to the full extent of the law on all fraudulent orders and/or attempts to hack our servers. For our attempted hackers, our sniffing technology can pinpoint IP addresses and determine your physical location. Shipping Rates
Mostly Digital offers a variety of shipping options from Canada Post for your orders destined within Canada. Four levels of service are available to choose from depending on the speed and costs desired. All shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your ship to postal code. U.S. and international shipments are calculated separately and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you before your order is shipped. Custom shipping methods can also be arranged. Note: Speed shown is within and between major centres in business days. Some exceptions apply. Weekends count as one business day for Priority courier and Xpresspost.
Return Policy
Your purchase comes with the Mostly Digital 30-Day Guarantee against
defects. If your purchase is defective in any way, all you have to do
is call for a return authorization number. Defective software will be
replaced immediately upon receipt of the defective product. Hardware
will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, with the exception of
some manufacturers. Certain manufacturers will repair or replace
products at their sole discretion.
Note all returns are subject to the following:
- All products must be returned in original packaging with a Return Authorization Number obtained from a Mostly Digital representative prior to returning to Mostly Digital. Returns without RMAs ("Return to Manufacturer Authorization") will not be processed for credit.
- Software and some consumable items are not refundable unless returned unopened in original packaging, undefaced.
- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
- Some items may carry modified guarantees. Call for details.
- Custom orders and custom cables are not refundable.
- Warranties/Guarantees do not apply to damage from issue or consequential damage.
- All non-defective, unopened returns are subject to a 20%, $ 40.00 minimum, restocking fee, whichever is greater. Shipping cost are extra and are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refunadable. Credits to charge cards may take up to 7 business days after receipt of the returned product. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
